USA Coverage Plan's text-message page separates service-related messages from marketing and educational announcements. Each program has its own unchecked, optional consent selection. Subscribing to one program does not sign you up for the other.
What the form should disclose
Before consenting, the visitor should see the program name, the kinds of messages, message frequency information, message and data rates disclosure, STOP and HELP instructions, and links to the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. The checkbox should be unchecked by default, separate from other agreements, and not required to submit unrelated inquiries.
How to manage messages
Once a program is active, reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program or HELP for help. The provider configuration must process opt-outs promptly and prevent the number from being added back to future sends without appropriate new consent.
Read the SMS signup page, SMS Terms, and Privacy Policy. The public form is part of compliance preparation; actual message delivery requires a correctly configured and approved messaging setup.
