SMS & Messaging FAQs

Answers about SMS signup, STOP, HELP, message frequency, and privacy.

These answers explain the basics of USA Coverage Plan's text messaging preferences. Review the full SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for more detail.

What messages can I receive?

Only the program or programs you explicitly select. Service-related updates and marketing/educational messages have separate consent.

How often will messages arrive?

Message frequency varies. The actual messaging program description and provider registration must match the messages sent.

Will message and data rates apply?

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How do I opt out?

Reply STOP to an active program message. You can also visit Communication Preferences or email info@usacoverageplan.com.

How do I get help?

Reply HELP to an active program message or use the contact information on this website.

Does consent mean I am enrolled in health coverage?

No. Text-message consent is separate from permission to assist with an application and separate from an official Marketplace enrollment.

Is my mobile opt-in data sold?

No. SMS opt-in data is not sold or shared for third parties’ own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it only as needed to deliver the requested messaging service.

What if I subscribed but no texts arrived?

The website can capture your consent, but the messaging program must be configured and approved with the provider before messages are sent. Contact the website operator for current status.
