USA COVERAGE PLAN RESOURCE

Website Terms of Use

Terms explaining website use, educational limitations, third-party links, and enrollment boundaries.

Last reviewed: October 21, 2026.

These Terms of Use apply to access and use of the USA Coverage Plan website. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.

1. Educational information only

Website articles, checklists, glossaries, examples, and comparison worksheets are general educational resources. They are not individualized insurance, legal, tax, medical, or financial advice and do not replace official Marketplace decisions, plan documents, or professional advice based on your circumstances.

2. No guarantee of eligibility, savings, or enrollment

Nothing on this website guarantees eligibility for Marketplace coverage, Medicaid, CHIP, a premium tax credit, a specific insurer or plan, a particular premium, or any particular coverage result. Premiums and plan availability vary by location, year, household circumstances, and the rules that apply.

3. Website is not the official Marketplace

USA Coverage Plan is not HealthCare.gov and is not a federal or state government agency. Links to government services are provided to help visitors find official resources. External government or insurer websites control their own applications, determinations, and enrollment workflows.

4. Enrollment-related services

A contact form, call request, SMS subscription, article visit, or request for information does not itself submit a Marketplace application, authorize an agent to act on your behalf, enroll you in a plan, or activate coverage. Any regulated enrollment or insurance-related assistance is subject to the actual service offered, the applicable state requirements, and the credentials and permissions of the person providing it. Consumers should review and confirm their own application information and enrollment selection in the required manner.

5. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep educational information useful and sourced, but rules, dates, premiums, benefit designs, and insurer participation can change. We do not warrant that every page reflects every exception or every current detail. Official sources and current plan documents take precedence.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law, submit misleading or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, scrape or overload its services, distribute malware, or misuse another person's information. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website or its users.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website's original text, layouts, graphics, and branding are owned by or used with permission by the site operator. You may use the educational materials for personal, noncommercial reference with attribution, but may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions commercially without permission. Government links and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Third-party links

Links to third-party resources are supplied for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or transactions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes any protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of general educational information or external resources.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect website changes or applicable requirements. The current version will be posted here. Questions may be sent to info@usacoverageplan.com or use the contact form.
